What do 70% of personal trainers have in common?

They earn just 30K per year!

How can you become 10% of trainers that make
 six-figures?

Start by attending the 3rd Annual Midwest Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation Symposium

The future of our industry is in helping active adults stay active longer.

Bigger, stronger, faster is great for athletes and growing children. But most of us don't train athletes or children. We train adults with complex lives and lots of different abilities.

When someone comes to you in pain, do you know what to do?

Do you know how to modify a client's program so they can still progress?

If someone comes to you after physical therapy, do you know how to help them transition into regular training?

Do you know when to refer a client out to physical therapy, massage, or chiropractic?
Do you have these specialists in your trainer tool box, specialists you trust to help you help your clients?

You could spend thousands of dollars taking seminars all over the country given by these specialists.

We've brought them all together for two days in September. If you've ever struggled with how to progress a client, this seminar is for you. Our specialists are tops in their field, and can give you the tools you need to work with the people who will be the bread and butter of your business: active adults who want to stay active longer!

This is the future of the fitness industry.

Learn from the best of the best in the rehabilitation, corrective exercise and conditioning fields. We've brought them all together for you!

And that is just DAY ONE!

But what about those of us who do train athletes, or HEALTHY, SPORTS SPECIFIC CLIENTS, OR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO TRAIN LIKE ATHLETES?

DAY TWO is for you!

DAY TWO features presenters who are the top in their fields of golf training, speed training, resistance band training, functional training and more. Some of our speakers include people like Mike Boyle, Dave Schmitz, Ben Shear and Aaron Moser. These people know how to train athletes! Check out their credentials below.

If you need sport specific information to take your clients to the next level, or want creative, innovative ways to challenge your advanced clients, be sure to attend DAY TWO.

Let's face it:

IN REALITY, most of us train both kinds of individuals, soccer moms and athletes.

This weekend will give you the tools you can use with every type of client.

The FREE Bonuses alone are worth the price of admission.

Free Bonuses: We have asked each presenter to give you “the meat”.
We have asked the questions and they have given us the answers.

#1 Know how to effectively train groups and partners. Dave Schmitz and Robert Garza have highlighted over 10 things to do and what not to do when training groups and partners.

#2 We have asked the Mohr Results team the sought after nutrition experts what are the THREE most important things you should know when helping your clients with nutrition plans.

#3 When it comes to understanding the core complex there are no two people more qualified than Robert Lardner and Judy Florendo. We probed both of them for the secrets you need to know as a trainer when giving the most effective core programs to your clients.

#4 If you train golfers you are going to love this , Ben Shear gives you exercises for rotary stability and how to avoid back pain due to pelvic hyper-mobility.

#5 We all have those clients who complain of shoulder tightness or pain. You stretch them and the pain or tightness inevitably returns. Evan Osar has created a 30 minute video showing you the signs of a weak and unstable shoulder along with easy to use shoulder progressions for you and your clients. This videowill change the way you see the upper extremity when training yourself and your clients.

As a member of PTU, you'll be putting our world-class fitness business-building team to work on YOUR Personal Training Business

See what just some of last year's attendees had to say...

"Your staff is great! You all were a lot of fun, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The girls that came with me have been to many conferences/seminars. They continually commented that they couldn't believe how great the seminar was! I felt the same way. The speakers gave us a wealth of information, and were very personable as well. I was impressed, and look forward to your next event. I think that was only your second Midwest Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation Seminar. WELL DONE!... To be one of the best, you have to learn from the best! You have to make it happen. :) I thank you for being on the cutting edge!"
Aaron, IA

"Most of the seminars and conferences I have attended throughout the past few years have focused primarily on the active and generally healthy population, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, etc. It was encouraging to hear presenters speak about the general population; the folks I work with every day. Although I do work with a number of "healthy" and "athletic" clients, I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with many people who struggle with daily physical activity. I sincerely appreciated the fact that this population was recognized by the presenters at the 2nd Annual Strength, Conditioning, and Rehabilitation Symposium, presented by Fitness Education Seminars. In addition to the insightful and incredibly knowledgeable presenters, I also appreciated the extremely helpful and welcoming staff who coordinated the event. Many thanks to everyone involved!"
Linda, IA

This year’s event is no exception!

Judith Florendo has been a physical therapist since graduating from the University of Illinois in 1984. Her earlier career spanned working in several areas of physical therapy: acute care, chronic pain, geriatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine and administration. Since 1997 she has been working exclusively with patients having a wide variety of pelvic and related spinal problems that are often chronic or long standing in nature. Although this area of physical therapy can be quite challenging and complex, Judith finds immense satisfaction in helping people achieve their goals, relieve pain, and improve function.

The hips are the power source of the body in all forms of function including walking, running, pushing, pulling, throwing, catching, swinging, jumping, landing, etc. This fact is simple to concept when we view the large soft tissue mass surrounding the hip. Therefore we must appreciate the hips as a potential cause and/or compensation of many body dysfunctions.
