Cancellation Policy:  Notice must be received in writing via email, fax or mail within 24 hours of event/seminar.  A FULL credit will remain on file for up to one year from date of cancellation.  Credit may be used for any FES seminars, events or products.  We are not responsible for weather or any acts of nature.  Should FES have to cancel an event for any reason a full refund will be issued within 10 business days.
