Dr. has recomended some pain killers like combifalm , but of no use, please suggest me an effective suggestion in coping up the pain atleast, IS an MRI necessary ?
I am at point blank I am on the verge to admit her to the hospital

So sorry to hear about your wife. I would definitely seek a second opinion from another medical professional. While I can’t comment on your wife specifically, if a patient presents with that much discomfort and positive signs during their history and exam findings (loss of sleep, palpable tenderness, loss of range of motion, etc.) generally I will refer them out for an MRI. Please keep me posted.
Where do you live? If you are living in Canada or America the best solution is to go to a Chiroprater. I am also a female of 71 yrs of age. I had severe pain like your wife and I am free from all pain after two months.Only a Chiroprater can help. There is no other medicine for it. Think about it I hope you will find one and get better soon.

If I keep my hand on table I start to feel vibration as it occurred in leg if one sit in same motion for more time.
