  1. I had surgery on my left foot for a detached peroneal tendon…had to use a Knee Stroller for six weeks; and, the experience naturally compromised my whole right side, including knee, foot and now I have severe sciatia on my right side. (I am 68 years old).

Do you have a video for the severe sciatia?

I’ve just discovered your videos; and, they have already been so much help. I’d gone to physical therapy, but it just hasn’t helped at all…these videos are so helpful because you are explaining the “why” and “how” so wonderfully….I study them very carefully before I start.

    Thank you,

    • Rosemary, Sorry to hear about your issues. And thank you so much for your kind words – they mean a lot to us as we want individuals to understand why we suggest certain exercises. I do not have any resources on sciatica unfortunately. I have resisted doing something on sciatica since the symptoms are so varied and what helps one individual will hurt another. I will do my next webinar on sciatica which will give you some suggestions. However please realize that these will only be generic suggestions and may not apply to your specific case. Let me know if you have any additionally questions and good luck in your journey.

      Evan
