How are you? I just saw this little demo on the dangers of abs crunches. Therefore , What do you suggest for a proper AB routine? Can you send me a link for those exercises?

A fellow NJ boy – thanks for tuning in to our videos. To be honest with you, I don’t do any specific abdominal routines. Once I teach the individual how to activate their core and diaphragmatic breathing, I use my pushing, pulling, plank and lower extremity patterns to drive core function. I will use heel drops, quadruped patterns, and cable chops as warm ups/movement prep but don’t do anything specific for abs. They get enough work through all the other movement patterns.
